J. Darin Hupp is the new Operations Manager for the Tell City Pour Haus. In this role, Darin will be controlling all aspects in the operation of the company, from menu choices to live entertainment.
"I'm a big believer in serving quality food in a great environment, we need to do the right things in this small town." We want the servers here to be known for taking care of each guest with friendly and efficient service.
I'm no stranger to food service having spent over 35 years in the industry. I have done everything from cooking to owner/operator. Most recently I was the Director of Operations for 35 Wendy's in Indiana and Kentucky.

Executive Chef John Milton's deep appreciation for cuisine developed as he began his culinary career at the age of 17, working in a well known fine dining seafood restaurant in Winter Haven, FL. A native of Orlando, he is a 1993 graduate of the Disney Culinary Apprenticeship. A disciple of Disney Food and Beverage, his goal is always to provide an elevated and superior guest experience.
Upon moving to the region 22 years ago, he has honed his craft in such kitchens as Rahill's Contemporary Cuisine, the former Executive Inn in Owensboro, Z's Restaurant and Bar, along with Sara Michaels Restaurant. He brings a flair and depth of experience, dedicated to serving excellent regional cuisine with classical influences, in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which reflects the region's easygoing vibe.
