Cooper Bell "Coop" -Guitar Cooper Bell from Henderson, KY has lent his considerable guitar talents to a number of Tri-State bands including The Gravetones, The Huckleberrys, Hog Maw and now ooh la 8's. His unique blend of sixties and seventies soul, blues and rock influences and old school hot leads and rhythm grooves make for a great addition to this line up. Keith Burden –Guitar and Vocals Keith is another veteran blues rock and soul influenced player who also adds some slide to the mix. Founding Bass Player for The Beat Daddies; Keith has played in a variety of Tri-State bands including The Swingin’ Richards, The Gravetones, The Huckleberrys, Bone Dance and 32 Leafs. Steve Kreitzer- Drums and Vocals Steve Kreitzer nails down the rhythm section. From Newburgh IN, Steve has lived and played all over the US including LA, and Hawaii. Doing a bunch of session work during his time in LA,( including Bonnie Raitt), Kreitzer has played in various Tri-State bands…Cosmic Debris, Dead Weight, Bone Dance, The Mosquitos and many others. Tim Rector- Bass Guitar and Vocals Rock-Solid Bass player and Vocalist -Tim is from Boonville. Playing bass since age 13, Tim started playing professionally in 1976. His influences are; McCartney, John Paul Jones, Chris Squire, Dave Hope, Getty Lee, Stanley Clarke, Jaco Pastorious. Tim has played in many bands including Canyon Band, Little Rock, James Martin and Bang, Flying Colors, Roadwork, Network, Ditto-Soul, The Dominos, Kraftworks and The Blind Playboys. Rick Flint –Vocals, Harmonica and drums Soulful Singer and Harp player. Flint first started playing drums in 1967. His influences were The Beatles, Stones, Hendrix, Cream, Zeppelin, The Doors, Black Sabbath, Jeff Beck etc. Rick played with Tri-State bands including Timberline, Flash point, The Swingin’ Richards, Tanner-Phillips Band, The Fried Geezerz and many others through the years.
